The Howl's Moving Castle theme is really easy and fun, plus once you know it, you can add your own little spark to it! A few years ago I got the sheet music right here, and I have since changed my version up. Sure to go on my YouTube account once I start uploading videos.

Victor's piano solo is also a fun one, but Remains of the Day is cooler (albeit noticeably more difficult).
