I actually use a Scarfed Cinccino quite a lot in my OU teams.
Mostly because it's a powerhouse and it has a good movepool. And for the lolz factor.

Also Cinccino isn't even meant to hax da shiz outta you in OU, you fucking genius. Scarf is the only option for OU.
Basically anything faster will literary demolish Cinccino in OU, since it's so fragile.

1: As a gimmicky strategy (as you said, "for the lolz factor").
2: To see if it actually worked or not, which I stated earlier, after testing it, it DID NOT WORK, or did not work well enough to warrant using it.

Although I'd stick with the Choice items on Cinccino.

Oh right in Singles you can use the same items more than once. Still I think boosting Tail Slap without losing health every turn is decent. I guess it makes more sense in the VGC metagame though.
