Only if you somehow managed to hack a really powerful move into the game itself.

But not if for "personal" or Fakemon purposes. Example:
TM 28
Tombstoner; type: Steel; special.
PP: 1 (Max 3)
Base power: 480
Accuracy: 100%

Not affected by Protect or similar moves; ignores stat modifiers, STAB, and other modifiers.
Takes a turn to charge.
Only Pulviban, Mew, and Arceus can learn it.

EDIT: I think we need a "General Pokemon Battle Club" for things like this; battle suggestions and move/Pokemon "potential," since the Pokemon Showdown topic seems to be geared more toward Showdown-battles...

I always thought of Tombstony of a kind of Beta Rock Tomb. I mean they both have Tomb and Stone is lock Rock. But I first experienced Tombstony in Gen 3, when they had Rock Tomb, they didn't have Rock Tomb in Gen 1.
