I really have grown fond of Hoenn's battle themes, my favorites in no particular order are:
Trainer
Aqua / Magma Team
Gym Leader
Brendan / May
Aqua / Magma Team Leader
Elite Four

The Brendan / May theme, especially, is really impressive. Also, Route 119 may be the best route theme in existence.

God I have an arrangement of the surfing theme that's half finished...I would really like to finish it, the beginning half is beautiful on piano. It's becoming quite hard though. Hopefully I'll finish it soon.

I like the surfing theme in Black and White, mainly because it's in clear reference to this song
