I always have to either: -make my pokemon waste one of its moves space with HM
                                    -catch an ugly pokemon to teach the HM. sad but truth.

Quick, I need a pseudo-legendary or a legendary pokemon that would "unofficially" (unofficially as in, they don't really have the power except for this one thing) be able to travel through time, yet might live in a glacier.

Kyurem and Regice are OUT. Any other ideas? Once again, its for my story.

Froslass is now trapped inside a glacier and has time-travelling powers. Yay.

Holy shit I must do this, although I'm gonna make few adjustments:

-Challenge Mode
-Starter Pokemon are only allowed if you choose the nation where it belongs.
-If your Pokemon faints, you can't use it anymore.
-The first Pokemon your nation approves you find from the location is catchable. You can't catch any other Pokemon from that location except the first one.
