Hahaha, just saved my game, and I noticed something funny -

Isn't that weird? xD

And if you ask why I only have that many registered in 15 hours, it's because my HeartGold isn't going to be a serious game, not going for PokeDex.

Nah, I've been to Ecruteak, but I only have three badges...

BUT you have to take all this into account -

-I raised my Chikorita to Lv10 before bringing it to the first trainer.
-I trained a Togepi, which needed to be trained in the wild from Lv1 to Lv14.
-I raised a Smoochum, which needed to be trained in the wild from Lv1 to Lv17
-I raised an Elekid, which needed to be trained in the wild from Lv1 to Lv17
-I raised a Magby, which needed to be trained in the wild from Lv1 to Lv17
-When I got to Ecruteak, I backtracked and played Voltorb Flip for literally hours - at the moment I have some 5500 coins, and I already bought a Dratini.
-Plus I don't like speed runs

makes sense, then... but that should only account for around 10 hours... im not usually the speedy type, but the longest i went before my first elite four battle was around 28 hours

Hee hee hee, I think my longest is shorter than that... but not for long.

And it'll be really long before I really beat the game (i.e., Red)
