Yeah, and the original is so much better...and ANNOYING. Ilex Forest was the bane of my Silver version life.

Pretty sad that everything seems so easy now... It's not the game, though. Something must have changed in me...

I remember when I first played gold, I got lost in dark cave and it took me almost 20 mintues to get out once I got lost

I did the same thing I'm the type to explore everything i see before i get the right items, and dark cave just looks so enticing laying right in front of you before violet city, If only i knew ahead of time how soon you get flash. and btw the Dark Cave soundtrack rocks!

I personally never liked it that much... I love "grandeur" like my ending theme!!! (which now I have to listen to!)

The ending theme is just alright for me. I prefer the remix (aka Canalave City).

I know. It's pretty much the same tune as Canalave with a few tweaks.

Still... I like the ending theme better... Canalave is great and all, but with that epic key change, you can't go wrong there!
