yeah, it's just I think it'd be better to play/more fun if it weren't on a small console where I can see the pixels.. I like the overall idea of all this! and I'm with SFK; are you guys gonna send soemthing in or not, haha.

Here's another problem - unlike the anime, you should not be able to tell your Pokemon to "dodge". Unfair.

if "dodge" was an action, then if an attack lands it would probably knock you out (cause thats how it is in the anime... they keep on dodging until one moderate attack hits, and BOOM, KO)

That reminded me of an idea I had, with the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time (Tales Format)

By tales format, I mean people would fight with you and join your party like in the Tales of Arcadia/Symphonia/etc.
Saria joined your party!!! Fights with deku sticks, nuts, etc.
Malon joined your party!! Epona, mind stampeding those deku scrubs for me?
(Princess) Ruto joined your party!! (In the original ocarina of time, you can carry her and throw her at enemies like a weapon. They instantly die!!)
Darunia joined your party!!! Throws the special "goron crops" at 'em deku scrubs
Shiek joined your party!! Where the heck did Zelda go?
.... I think you get the point.

For you it would be....
Brock joined the party!!
Misty joined the party!!
Brock leaves the party....
But is replaced by Tracy!!
who leaves the party....
when Brock comes back again!
Todd Snap joined the party!!
Todd Snap left the party....
The youngest kimono sister joined the party!
and left half an episode later.
Todd joined again!
and left again.
Misty and Brock left the party!!
May joins the party!!!
Max joins the party!!!

This is why I compare you to TheLegend. This game was one of his stupid fantasies that will never be made. Plus, this was a bump, which is a problem as you did not say anything that contributed to the topic...

I was thinking about the dodge thing, and this is what I came up with:
Players can dodge attacks, HOWEVER, when close enough to the opponent, they cannot dodge attacks.
