No, some 'mons from 3rd gen look good, but Salamence is meh.
Best 3rd gen 'mon = Gastrodon. It's a shame that they didn't include it in the game in the end. At least it was in Gen 4.

Gastrodon is pretty wonderful. I remember using one in my first Pearl, and everyone I know was like "UGLY" and "Y U NO USE BUIZEL" and i was like "lolno it sucks"
