My finale doesn't work

Hey my finale doesn't work any more. The error message says: Missing requested plug in: SmartMusic SoftSynth for bank #1 and Failst to start VST engine, VST services are unavailable. Does anyone know what to do? Otherwise I can't arrange *scream*.

This happened to me quite a bit ago. It means Finale just Shat all over you. and you need to redownload and reinstall it.
