I should buy 300..

There was this massive looking collectors edition at the video store for like a shitload of money, I might ask for it for Christmas.  Well it wasn't that expensive, but it was much more than a regular movie and I'm not really a fan of "The Making of" Documentaries.

Instead of watching the actual movie, let's watch an hour long documentary about how they made the movie we could be watching!!!

Anyone read the "Gates of Fire?".  Its a more historicaly accurate account of the Battle of Thermopylae.

I've read Herod, but forgot if there was any piece about Thermopylae in it.

Thought of the moment:

If the blurb of a historical movie starts with 'Historians agree...' then you know the entire film is utter rubbish. Historians never agree. :P
