Neither do I. And I'm in the US. (But I still use metric for everything)

I use both systems for math. But I prefer metric.

I believe there are 16 ounces a pound.

iirc, he literally just PM'd Jamaha and typed up a long essay-ish thing about why he'd make a great mod, and Jamaha gave him the title.

There might be more to it though.

Kefka was the only really active moderator, and he wasn't on as often as we'd like.

I mean, let's be honest. Having a moderator on at a higher percentage of times is a good thing. He typed up a really convincing essay, JaMaHa asked the other mods, and the overall opinion was that it would be a good thing for the forums.
