Yeah, been there done that.

It takes a few days for the holds go away, but of course I tried it multiple times before checking my bank account.

Did you get that thing fixed? I sent an email to their support and they said something like "try again and if not work ask somebody else". Who am I supposed to ask if not their support?? I wouldn't have this problem if there was a physical form of Dual Destinies.
