I was taking a chemistry test. One of the questions was a chart where you had to fill in the blank spots with the correct information. For one row, there was something weird.

WHAT BLACK MAGICS ARE THESE. An error, off course. The mass number and protons were swapped.

So I recently got back into lyrical music, but I realized I don't know any genres/bands that I like. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm open to anything really, just nothing too extreme on either end. All I really know about my taste is that I'm a sucker for powerful vocals and guitars (but not opera or heavy metal, if that makes sense?)

Try Relient K. They're borderline contemporary christian, but a lot of their music is really just kind of emotional reliefs. My favorite album from them is called Five Score and Seven Years ago. Almost every song on there is like my theme song.

Another good one is The Afters.
