Explosions went off near the Boston Marathon, and there's worries of more bombs/suspicious packages/etc in the city.

My sister and her fiance live near Boston, and I think they got home safe, but I'm not sure. I think they got away? They live in a city near Boston, but... it's so scary. I hope they're okay...

It happened during my violin lesson and my teacher was freaking out looking at pictures. Thats partly the problem: the media. Insane people will do literally anything to make themselves feel like a somebody, and the media promoting everything with minute by minute updates gives them enough motivation

Dont get me wrong, it would suck if the media DIDNT report this stuff. I know a few people who are in the bomb squad in NYC and they're on super patrol right now
