Thoughts of the moment...

My head hurts. I need to pee. I need to practice piano. I should go to bed. I shouldn't go to bed so I can practice piano, I still have to perfect a piece in two days. My headache will prevent me from practicing piano well.

In the end, I'm going to end up not practicing so I can just go to sleep and feel better and practice better tomorrow but then not go to bed at all for another 3 hours
