The Melancholy - if you haven't watched it, then it's an absolute must-watch! (look forward to the endless eight...)

Also there's Cowboy Bebop(has the best music of any show in the world), Kanon 2006(!!!), Welcome to the NHK(!!!!), Steins;Gate, Clannad+Clannad After Story(There doesn't exist a human being that wouldn't cry from this), School Rumble, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni(best horror/thriller/mystery series ever), Higashi no Eden(!!!!), Mirai Nikki, Little Busters!(I think this'll surpass Clannad - ongoing), Kokoro Connect (ongoing), Space Brothers(best show in the world - anime or not!!! - ongoing).
These are some of those I consider "must-watches" :3
