Except it was working for a time on a different computer I was using...

The url of the image he's using is http://forum.ninsheetmusic.org/index.php?action=dlattach;attach=9850;type=avatar, and every time I try to access this page, I get a message saying "You are not allowed to access this section" (without end punctuation, strangely).
