Luka Rocco Magnotta was arrested in Berlin. That's great. What he did is just disgusting. My brother watched the video of the dismemberment; I didn't know he was watching it, and I was wondering what he was talking about so I peeked at the computer screen. I shouldn't have. I can't believe someone could do horribles things like that to another person.
