I need an idea for a ringtone that can sound when I get a text/email/etc (meaning not 6 seconds long or something). Any ideas- videogame related or not?

Use a Pokemon's cry! I use Minccino's myself (cause my friends call me Chinchilla). I used to use Chandelure's but it's too loud and annoying. XD I can also get you MP3s of any of them that you want.

Oh I just use the Pokedroid app, which has a feature to let you save the cries directly as notifications. Unfortunately, Nintendo removed the app from the market so it's no longer available to others. But... I still have it!! :D
