Not really---but I did notice odd things happening like this:

1. Brain's mom is drawn as "black" in the first season. In the later seasons, she is white. Meaning her skin color changes to white and her hair color to yellow.
2. Francine changes from black to a Polish Jew (in the "holiday" special, she is suddenly aware of this heritage because she celebrates Hanukkah)

I have no idea how I notice these things. ._.
