Here's a little poem I just wrote.

Waffles.
So fluffy and light,
Sweet and crispy,
warm and delicious,
when acompanied by butter and jam they are even more marvelous,
maple syrup is almost as good,
one could just as easily put honey, or possibly brown or powdered sugar upon them.
No matter the topping, even if they lack one, they will be delicious.
Waffles.

They're more than food, they're a way of life.
