problem opening songs

when i try to open any of these songs that where being submitted after the long period when there where no submissions i get this error saying incompatible version...... does anyone else have this problem?

Probably because the vast majority of the new ones were made with a 2009 version of Finale, so you probably need to download Finale Reader.  Now, if you have a 2009 Finale product, then there's a different problem.
