"...the Kanto people have developed a unique sound in their native music and dances. It's far more atonal than the folk music of the Mushroom or Hylian peoples. However their anthems and patriotic music display more universal modes and yearn for peace and brotherhood and unity through their perverse sport."

A small taste of my chronicle through the Kanto Region. It's dangerous out there.

I tried to download some of your stuff, but it says your mediafire account has been suspended.  :( When will the links be fixed?

MaestroUGC

Eventually, I'll probably use my next day off to update all of my links.

Will you finally be using dropbox?

I've been using dropbox, but I've never put my older stuff on it. Plus I moved some stuff around a while back and never updated the links.

Bespinben

If I may clear this up~

Quote from: Jompa on May 11, 2013, 01:10:12 AMI think I remember one of Bespin's sheets, where he had an expression assigned that said "punch the piano", over a huge cluster chord in the contra register.
That was kinda nuts.
Quote from: MaestroUGC on May 11, 2013, 01:10:47 AMDon't give me any ideas, now.
Quote from: TheZeldaPianist275 on May 11, 2013, 07:15:42 AMXD Which one is that?  I want to see it now.
Quote from: Jompa on May 11, 2013, 08:31:20 AMI don't remember! I am sure it was one of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon songs, though.
I tried looking for it (I checked every single one of his arrangements) and I didn't find it D: I may have overlooked it.

Link's Awakening - "Opening"
See measure 16.

(Now I understand why I had a dream late-2013 about someone needing to "drop a planet" on their keyboard to play my arrangements)

Splendid job on the PokéRhapsodies btw Maestro.

Posting it here for posterity, my entry for the current Arrangement Contest.

Happy Halloween!
As some of you might be aware, I recently placed second the 4th NSM Arrangement Contest, losing to Bloop who did a fantastic job.

My entry was the above piece and while I think it was quite good, it certainly wasn't the original idea I wanted to go with. See, the goal of the contest was to "Spookify a piece", take something not really known for being scary and flip it on its head. A novel idea, but me being me I wanted to take it one step further. I've always considered program music to be the most accessible and understood music in Western Tradition. So, in the tradition of musical storytelling, I figured I'd make a piece that seems suitable for a Halloween Campfire and in keeping with the one thing we all hold dear:

Video Games

If the thousand of creepypastas out there have taught me anything, it's that nothing is scarier than a haunted game. So why not take it one step further?

Quote from: MaestroUGC on September 02, 2013, 12:08:18 PMHey, hey! Look at this thing I did a few days ago. You might notice a passing resemblence to a piece by a favorite composer of mine...

Bonus points if you can name the piece I'm referring too.
You have the links for these? If not, I'm gonna make a replacement for this song :)
Unless you'd like to redo it :)
