Fuck logic, that shit is boring, lame and does not always support my opinions.

DrP

plus someones gonna have to learn whirlpool... i absolutely hate that attack... so pointless!

SlowPokemon

Nah, it can be good with a defensive moveset, similar to Fire Spin.

Like, say your Pokemon knows all moves like Wrap, Leech Seed, Curse (ghost-type), and Toxic...

Yes, that would be impossible, but oh well.

You could teach a Bellsprout Wrap and Toxic, IDK about Leech Seed. Egg move maybe?

This sounds cheap, but... My party Pokemon are usually loaded up with offensive moves and the occasional Confuse Ray/Toxic/Hypnosis/Sleep Powder. Sometimes if I'm raising other Pokemon, I'll teach them defensive moves. :P

DrP

Yep, PoisonPoweder/Hypnosis/Supersonic for me!

And it isnt cheap! I also have Sunny Day on Venusaur, for obvious reasons

SlowPokemon

Here's my Tangrowth Lv 50 in Platinum -
Ability: Chlorophyll
2 of its moves: Sunny Day, Solarbeam
Item: Heat Rock

;) Do the math

Also, my Heracross is newly beefed-up.

Ability: Guts
Moves: Megahorn, Close Combat, Night Slash, Facade
Item: Usually Muscle Band, but for Battle Frontier, Flame Orb
Add Guts + Facade + Burn + Amazing Attack stat

What's the multiplier?

If only it were STAB xD

Thanks. For a moment there I was worried, though. I almost needed to blow you.

Random Number Generator. It means you can alter a Pokémon's Genetic Code (Shinyness, IVs, EVs, etc)

I guess so. I still have trouble with the RNG, so since it's easier in HG I'll do that Jirachi first.

Quote from: SlowPokemon on July 16, 2010, 04:37:36 PMUhh... what does RNG mean...?

The RNG's a program which you can use for breeding purposes. It helps you get the nature and the IVs you want. It can even tell you what to do to get a shiny. For example, if I want a shiny bold Chansey, I can use the RNG to help me get one. It's complicated to use, but worth it imho. It's in no point a cheating device, it just tells you how pokemon are generated in the game, and how to use that data.
