What's a good free video editing software? Like the equivalent of Audacity for music...

Also, if I really get into making videos, I might buy a better one, so put your recommendations for those up here, too.

I doubt you're gonna get anything audacity quality, for free. i mean without illegal means.

VirtualDub. I've not used it much myself but it is a pretty advanced, and free, editor. Such things as frame-by-frame editing, logos and stuff. Google it.
