Nice to see you submitting again! A few pointers:
- The arpeggios aren't quite right. For instance, beat 2 of measure 1 should be A instead of G. Try out a tool like AudioStretch to make sure you really have all the right notes.
- Do another check for playability.  Places like m. 12 and 20 are not playable by the right hand.
- Feel free to fill out the measures by extending note lengths instead of using rests.
- Use layers to represent different voices in the original if they occupy the same rhythmic space, and prioritize the main melody over the background voices that appear above it.

Wow it really does sound like Chrono Trigger  :o

I believe I corrected all of the arpeggios and extended out the chords. I also revoiced the melody at 13 to make it stand out better. It should also be playable now.

m 1 b2.0 (and else where) in LH I'm hearing as An not F# and b2.5 as Bn not Cn. I'm pretty sure it is m3 except the bass note is Cn and not Bn
m13 you can consider an accent on the An of b1.0
m22 I would consider notating the echoey An on b3.
m23 I'm hearing the diads as EnBn and I'm not hearing a hit on b1
m25,33 I'm hearing b1 as B F# not D F#. I would invert the B in m33
m27 I' hearing G B on b1
m30 & m38 b2 I'm hearing as B F# diad, not sure what the A and E are from
m31,35 I'm faintly hearing the GB as an EGB triad, but I don't hear any other triads in this section
m37 b1 I'm hearing as B F# not D F# and b2.5 as F# B not G B.

m5-20 I'm not really hearing the middle note (third) of the strings.

m13,17,19 are still not playable, you are trying to stretch the hands by elevenths. The top of what is considered playable is minor/major tenth, and reducing those stretches is encouraged at NSM.

Some of the F# grace notes (m27,31,35,39) need a Gn there as well I think, the recording isn't super clear. Also an untied grace note as written is not very pianistic.

That's a lot but I got it all down on the page. I'm kind of confused about the "echoey" sound you're hearing in m22 so I didn't change anything there. The only other note I have is if there's a better approach than removing the RH chords from 13-20. Thanks!

Here's some feedback, just up to m. 17 for now.

- The LH in m. 1 should be copied over to m. 2 and all the ones below it (until 22)
- I'm hearing this in the RH repeated for m. 1-6 (would be better under an 8va)
You cannot view this attachment.
- The high quarter notes also apply to m. 9-10 and 13-14
- Chord in m. 7 should have E instead of D in it
- I think the m. 9 chord shouldn't have a G in it
- m. 11-12 chords should have E instead of D
- m. 13 isn't playable; try writing in an E and B as whole notes underneath the top melody instead to keep it within a reasonable range for the right hand. The same applies for m. 17.
- m. 14 F# in the melody should be split up into two tied eighths
- m. 15 chord should have E instead of D
- The end of m. 15 is a triplet starting on the C, not 32nd notes
- A mordent isn't correct for m. 17, it has a similar rhythm to m. 13, instead going F# G A G.

I forgot if I've asked before, but do you need help transcribing, i.e. using tools so you can be more confident of the notes you're writing into the score?
