Little question about the game title. Pokémon Stadium is the title outside of Japan where it's called Pocket Monsters' Stadium 2. Should the game name be changed to reflect that and make room for Pocket Monsters' Stadium sheets (the soundtracks are different I believe)?

NinSheetMusic of the North American versions of games (where applicable), so Pokémon Stadium is the correct choice here. If we ever got a sheet from the Japanese Pokémon Stadium, then it would likely be called "Pocket Monsters Stadium" to reflect its Japanese naming convention or just "Pokémon Stadium (JP)".

m6 RH - I'm hearing the D and Es harmonized with B and C# below

While the B's are simply held over from the previous note (which I don't want to include in this arrangement for the sake of clarity), I did miss the C's on beats 2 & 3.5

m13, 16, 21, 25 LH - on beats 1 and 2, I'm hearing eighth notes on just the bottom note (G in 13, E in 17, etc).

I hear it as still being staccato, though I'll admit the soundfont makes things a bit ambiguous.

Ah, I see. I'm 100% sure that the notes on beats 1 & 2 are quarter notes and don't have those extra eighth notes. Check my transcription if you want to verify my work.
