Surprisingly enough, I've somehow heard of a track from this particular game's OST before, Endless Battle to be specific.
But not this one. Let's see...

• m10 LH: I hear F-C on beat 2 and C-Ab on beat 3.
• m17 RH: That dot is conspicuously placed far away from the Eb, and the F is missing a dot.
• m20 RH: Might be nice to include the C here on beat 1, since that's where the countermelody resolves to (also there is no other C present in this measure).
• m25 RH: The 2nd layer rest is touching the note above it.

Nice, looking good! Just a couple tiny comments before I accept:
- Missing a comma after Morishita in the composer info
- I think it might be good to stem the melody note upwards in m. 24 (similar to places like 15-16). It sort of looks like the E could be a continuation of the lower voice from the previous measure (unlike m. 28 where it's more notably part of the top voice).
