MIDI problems

The following MIDIs will not play: (All from Final Fantasy IV)

-Golbez, Clad in the Dark
-The Dreadful Fight
-Theme of Love (Does play, but stops about 1/3rd of the way through, maybe my quicktime player time bar is screwed up)

The computer believes these are playing, as in you can pause it, fast forward it, and jump around, but no music is coming out, except in the last stated case. I have not checked the .mus files yet, but I shall soon. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

have you tried clearing the cache?

Do you have the latest updates for Quicktime?

i've had some similar problems, but i cant remember if they were on NSM. Although, some MIDI's do happen to screech really loud when i try to play them, but only for about half a second. Not all do, but some.

Yea I've noticed that too, but I usually brush it off because it plays fine when I play it from Notepad Finale

yeah, same here, plays just fine on Finale.
