Do you happen to have a .mus version?  I unfortunately do not have Finale and cannot open this file but otherwise I'd check it out!

A few things:
I'm not sure what happened, but but the notes are all over the place, often being a half step off from where they need to be. The key signature should be C# minor (4 sharps) which should remove most of your accidentals, but not all of them. The bassline is also rather incorrect. It does not repeat the same 4 beats for the entire song. Rather, it changes almost every measure to form some interesting harmonies. The starting measure isn't even right - it should be b1 - G#-B, b3 - A-C#
