Ok, so this has been hindering this project, and making it take much longer than It should be, but I want these notes to be triplets so I used the Tuplet tool, and it keeps doing this. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O7tW-EaDTPw7wZd0kLyuYPUBtVpZNrn1/view?usp=drivesdk

If you're arranging the song that I think you are, they should be written as regular 8ths with a swing marking at the top of the chart.

Also, for triplets I find using the triplet button in the note entry palette to be easier.

I think I know what you mean, but how do I add that?

If you get the Expression Tool (the 'mf') and double click in the first measure, a window should pop up. Then select the 'Tempo Marks' category from the list on the left and then find the marking that says Swing.

Why isn't it giving me that option? https://drive.google.com/file/d/16c5WLyJRjbOLUNyhopzJLUj19ykfFqkn/view?usp=sharing

Ah, sorry I forgot to reply. As I think you worked out, swing can't be added in Notepad out-of-the-box.

The problem is completely fixed, I downloaded a 4/4 swing template. I don't know how to add grace notes though.
