It's one of my favorite music themes of all-time!!!
I've started working of this arrangement more than three years ago and today i've finished it at last!!!

I have the official piano book (i got this maybe 15 years ago).
Your Cminor is correct however the next chord is Gminor (not bflat) in case you wanted to know
try it out.
