Oh yeah I got a bump from someone who's not me XD

I see where you're getting with the Eb thing, but playing that chord that you have the pic of doesn't seem like it fits the song. I still have to try some more stuff out.

So I tried the Eb and the Ab out on the piano, and IMO I don't think it really needs the Eb (definitely not the Ab oh boy did that make some weird noises ). I just feel like the overall "message" if you will of that stab is to give off the action-packed open G-D feeling, while the Eb is just a little extra note added in to give it more dissonant punch but not enough to be accentuated as much as it is if you played it on the piano with the rest of the chord.
