Does NSM accept arrangement's of Cytus music?

Sorry for another post here, but I was wondering if NSM accepts arrangement's of Cytus music? The instrumental's, not the one with lyrics.

Are the Cytus versions different than the original versions? If so, it would make sense to write the specific Cytus arrangement of that song. Just because Tetris music uses Russian folk tunes doesn't make it any less "video game music". However, if the Cytus are just straight ports of pop songs, then yes, I think there's a problem.

Ah yes. The Cytus versions are much shorter and are kind of different from the original.
