When you select the Page Layout tool, some handles should appear. Drag the one highlighted in the picture below. Afterwards, to make this margin match with page 2, right-click the handle, select "Edit Margins", and under "Change", select "All Pages", then Apply.

Ok, the files has been updated. I don't know how much you want, but I made it to 0.5 as all the other sides are. I also fixed the things, major thirds, page size and systems on page 2.
A question: Should I have this page margins and size as a standard on all of my sheets or is this a thing for this sheet specifically??

If you want a "standard", use this special template Deku made a few months back. It attempts to replicate classic engraving practices. I've been using for all my arrangements lately.
