The PDF and MIDI should be fine with maybe some minor edits needed, HOWEVER, the .mus file I have supplied has the same notes and all, but looks a little rough since I own Sibelius 6 and only Finale Notepad 2012.

It's a good arrangement! I thought there were some transcription errors at first, but then I realized it was just the .mus that had them, not your original Sibelius PDF. Silly XML. Anyways, here are the reformatted files (I added in some missing harmonies a few places too):
