Icicle forest sounds like a two piano thing.
On that note, how would one arrange the long sustained notes? (Not that I'm going to try arranging it, but as a general question)

It can be arranged with two pianos, if one wants to transcribe every note. But it's also possible to arrange it for 1 piano (1 performer), by just changing some octaves, and/or removing some notes. That's the nature of every arrangement after all (unless the original music is already for piano).
