I was wondering when this shot to the nostalgia bone would show up...

Do you think it would be wise to include some expression text on the 2nd page? Maybe just something little like "bass guitar solo" so that way an unsuspecting player won't be weirded out by that section. And maybe some text for the slide to oblivion on the last measure too?

In 1890, his published Trois Gnossiennes had been the first of his music to have humorous commentary to the performer written into the score, rather than as program notes. By his 1897 Pièces Froides, the running commentary is decidedly flippant, including such directions as "do not torment yourself," "without frowning," "in the profoundest silence," and "do not eat too much."
