What's a good program that would help me to listen to the music I want to arrange? (In slow motion, getting each beat.) Any suggestions?

You know you can do this with windows media player:

Sound editing software is better because you can repeat a section of the song.

Sound editing software will be better in general-but no need to install a new program if you don't need to.
