What's the best option if you want really good wifi?

Really good WiFi depends on your ISP and how fast it is and your router.

If youre referring to WiFi cards in computers, now they're all about the same. There hasn't been much change in the WiFi area

Isn't there a service where you can get wifi anywhere you want?

Those are through phone providers... you want the hotspot device like OverDrive or the USB thing..

You should check phone providers (like Verizon, Sprint, AT&T) for prices and data cards.

You just want to make sure you get one with wireless-N support. (so long as you have a router that supports it)

You have no business with a data plan unless you're going to be using it for, well, business.
