This may help.
Crank it up to 720p/1080p and you can probably just transcribe the notes and arrange as necessary.

Couple of things:
In bar 6, the G# should be an F#,
and the last note of bar 7 should be a C-natural, not a C#.

You are most certainly correct. My ears heard things differently.
