Because of cross-staffing, the accents in m23, 25, 27 and 29 are too low: they should go above the staff, like in my picture.
And a thing I forgot to mention: you don't necessarily need the courtesy accidentals, as those are usually more helpful within one system (like in m17), rather than when the bar starts in a new system. In the case of m17 it's debatable if it's needed, since it's been a short while since the single exception to the Bb: personally I think I'd have recognized it as a Bb without the courtesy accidental.
