You already posted this in submissions, so posting it here doesn't really do anything.  After all, it can only be put on the site once.  This project is in addition to standard submissions.  Let me know if you need any clarification.

I see you deleted your submission thread.  It's courteous if you post when you're going to delete a thread so that we know it's happened.

Personally, I think since you are new and you have a submission slot available, it would be better to have this is in submissions rather than here.  This is a short term project where we expect things to go quickly and for arrangers to know what they are doing, mostly.  For learning the ropes, it's probably better to get to grips with the standard submissions system.
