Add Subtitle Later

In Finale Notepad 2012: How I can add a subtitle later and how I can edit composer's name?

You can edit the composer's name or any other text by going into the text tool (A big capital A in the tools) and double-clicking on the box that appears next to each text box.  Not sure what you mean by adding a subtitle later, but all the formatting stuff will appear correct for you if you copy and paste your music into the sample formatting files.
