Nothing official, but it's always called "Hippie Battle." These guys have proven me wrong before and they title it the same way. It does seem weird though. I guess it's the bastard-child of the battle themes.

Iirc, this music is just used for fighting hippies (as the name implies) whereas the above tracks are used for various enemies, if that makes you feel better.
