Just looking at it briefly, I noticed a few issues.
1. The site's url is: http://www.ninsheetmusic.org/
2. It should be: Nintendo © 2007
3. The arrangement should end with the proper end bar-line (forgot what it was called, but it looks like a repeat bar-line, but without the dots), not a standard bar-line.
4. Are you sure that the piece is C Major/A Minor? The amount of sharps and flats suggests otherwise, but I might be wrong.
EDIT: 5. Actually, it seems you've forgotten the 2 measures' worth of intro. I suggest that you get to work on that.
