So the third book of Dexter was released in 2007 and the first two seasons were based on the first 2 books.

So I'm wondering if I should read the third book.  I don't think so, it would ruin the show a little bit for me.

Any word on when season three starts?  I am really itching for me of Dexter.

EDIT:  Wait the second season wasn't based on the second book, but was original.

I hope they do that with the third season because I heard the third is horrible because it introduces supernatural powers and he trains the kids to kill, which is horrible and stupid.

Yeah only the first season was based off the book and starting at like the third episode it was completely different to the first book. I know, I read it. Half the first book is done in the first episode. As for the third book, yeah heard it was horrible because of the stupid supernatural being they put in it which they use to explain his "Dark passenger".

Omg yes! It better be good though. Giving it a simple point and click for investigating and Hitman style for killing would make it the best game ever.

Apparently the Dexter game is only coming for iPhone .
