Curious, why did you get rid of the layers in 5 & 6?

In measure 5, you already have the LH playing the D, and for consistency in measure 6 since you have the F playing in layer 1 in measure 5. Since this piece uses pedal freely, it's not as important to show exactly the duration of each note, and keeping everything in one layer maintains a cleaner look.
