Ehh, no. How come you think that? It's a solo piece as you can see by the two staves. You could quite easily play the 3-voiced parts like measure 3, just jump up, measure 9-12 the LH plays a chord then jumps down as the line indicates.

Maybe I just suck so bad at piano that I can't play easy pieces...

It is easy to distinguish a duet from a solo piece, visually by the amount of staves. However they can sound very similar at times so it can be difficult to hear whether it is a duet or a solo piece.
